“In order to strengthen and streamline the Apni Party at grassroot level in Jammu province, a membership drive was initiated in Rajouri district rural,” said Dr Rohit Gupta.
He said that the people have shown their interest in the Apni Party’s developmental agenda and policy and expressed concern over the exploitation of people by the traditional political parties.
He expressed concern over the basic amenities that were not fulfilled by the authorities and the developmental issues remain incomplete in many areas.
He said there is no accountability of the Government officials because there is no elected Government. “Therefore, holding of Assembly elections is a must to addressing the growing concern of the people,” he added.
