Anantnag, March 2: Government Medical College (GMC) Anantnag has issued an official order directing strict implementation of notified office timings in compliance with Government Order No. 272-JK (HME) of 2024.
As per Order No. 10-GMCA(PS) of 2026 dated 02-03-2026, the office timings for Government Medical Colleges (GMCs) from 1st March to 30th November shall be observed as follows:Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM Saturday: 09:00 AM to 01:30 PM The order states that all Heads of Departments/Sections, Medical Superintendent Associated MMABM Hospital, Deputy Medical Superintendent Associated M&CC Hospital, Desk Officers, and In-Charges of RHTC Sagam and UHTC Brakpora are directed to strictly adhere to the notified schedule and ensure compliance by their subordinate staff.
The directive emphasizes punctuality and discipline across all departments to ensure smooth functioning of administrative and healthcare services.
The order has been issued under the authority of the Principal/Dean, GMC Anantnag, and copies have been forwarded to concerned officials for necessary action.(KNC)
