JAMMU, Mar 29: At an event organised by Career Abacus Group, Director MHA for Census Operations & Citizen Registration, Amit Sharma started Census 2027 campaign.
Sharma was the chief guest at the event.
The programme commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the traditional lamp by the chief guest along with dignitaries including Vikramjeet Singh, Commissioner Secretary Industries and Commerce and Prassana Ramaswamy G, Secretary Tribal Affairs and others.
Amit Sharma along with other dignitaries including Commandant CRPF and Commissioner Secretary Industries & Commerce, distributed trophies, gold medals and certificates amongst those who excelled at Career Abacus and explored their hidden talents and creativity especially after joining the Abacus course.
During his presidential address, Amit Sharma started campaign for Census 2027 while sharing valuable insights and unique features of upcoming Census 2027 wherein he requested the audience to fully understand the relevance of Census for development and growth in a nation especially where this much-needed massive national exercise is going to take place after a gap of about 16 years.
On this occasion, Sharma was honoured by the head of Career Abasus Group, Arvind Sharma.
