Amit Shah inaugurates Patanjali Emergency and Critical Care Hospital

‘So far treated 38 lakh people left by mainstream medical system’

HARIDWAR, Jan 24: Union Home Minister, Amit Shah here today inaugurated Patanjali Emergency and Critical Care Hospital.
A handout stated that the Hospital will provide world class health services.
On this occasion, Shah also inspected the Integrated Medicine System started by Patanjali for the first time in the world.
It is pertinent to mention here that for the last two days the Home Minister, Amit Shah was on a visit to Patanjali Yogpeeth where he also had a discussion with Swami Ramdev on a wide range of subjects.
He lauded the role of Swami Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishan for contributing to the fields of medicine, education, Sanatan life style etc.
Swami Ramdev said that the Integrated Medicine System will treat 90 per cent to 99 per cent people with Yoga, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Panchkarma, Shathkarma, fasting, medicated waters etc.
He also said that Patanjali is doing research at various AIIMS based in Rishikesh, Delhi, Guwahati, Jammu and Kashmir, Bhopal etc.
“We are also doing research at 25 big medical institutions in countries like Australia, Europe and America. Over 100 crore people use Ayurvedic medicines presently,” Swami Ramdev maintained.
Acharya Balkrishan said that they have so far treated 38 lakh people and many people visit them are those whom the mainstream medicine system has left.
He informed that the Patanjali Emergency and Critical Care Hospital will provide 24*7 Emergency and Trauma services.
Balkrishan further informed that the Hospital will be equipped with all the latest technology and facilities and treatment will be given to the patients at a least cost.
“The hospital will provide treatment for heart, brain, spinal surgery etc,” he further informed.
