JAMMU : No fresh batch of Shri Amarnath Yatra on Friday left from here for the holy cave shrine in south of Himalayas in view of bad weather forecast by the MeT section, a police Spokesperson said.
“The Yatra was suspended as preventive measure as rainfall was predicted by the MeT, which may trigger landslide on Jammu-Srinagar national highway and effect the Yatra en-route,” he added.
