Allotment of remaining shops in Jagti township demanded

JAMMU, Dec 21: The pending Shopkeepers Association, Jagti, in its meeting, while expressing its satisfaction over the allotment of 48 shops by Relief Organisation to pending shopkeepers recently expressed the hope that remaining shops will also be allotted to pending shopkeepers without any further delay.
The meeting was attended by Pintoo Ji ,Sunil Kumar, Rajinder Kumar Mattoo, Kaka Bhan, Raj Nath, Pran Nath ,R N Pandita, R K Raina and Ramesh Bhat said the Relief Organization deserves credit in resolving the long-pending issue of allotment of shops at the Township.
These shops were constructed in the year 2011, but unfortunately, for many years no officer at the helm of affairs showed the required interest in their allotment. After a long wait, the Relief Organisation has finally allotted shops to 48 eligible beneficiaries following thorough proper verification.
The allotment process has now commenced, and we earnestly appeal to the Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner Dr Arvind Karwani and Deputy Commissioner, Vijay Sharma to kindly expedite the allotment of the remaining shops after completing due and proper verification.
