JAMMU, Dec 31 : The General Administration Department of the Jammu and Kashmir Government has issued fresh instructions directing all All India Services (AIS) officers working in the Union Territory to mandatorily file their annual Immovable Property Return online by January 31 each year.
The department said the return must be submitted electronically through the designated online module, as there is no provision for manual submission.
It warned that failure to file the property return within the prescribed timeline may invite disciplinary action and could also lead to denial of vigilance clearance.
