JAMMU, Mar 11: A delegation of All India Jammu and Kashmir Bank officers Federation (AIJKBOF) consisting of office bearers from Kashmir, Jammu and Delhi unit called upon MD & CEO, Baldev Prakash at Corporate Headquarters and discussed issues pertaining to bank and workforce in detail.
The issue of left out officers in Scale-I and Scale-IV also came up for discussion. While expressing his satisfaction over the capability and talent of the workforce of the bank, MD & CEO assured the team that sympathetic and favorable view will be taken to arrive at an amicable resolution of the issue. Team was assured that the said resolution will be arrived at in a shortest period of time.
“Though the entire career progression process is being conducted in a very transparent manner and based on the quota for each scale, yet some unscrupulous elements are bent upon to create chaos among the ranks and files by floating rumours which not only result in confusion and unrest but have also bearing on the reputation of the bank. The Association condemns such acts,” they added.
