JAMMU, Feb 15: All India Jammu and Kashmir Bank Employees Federation (AIJKBEF) in its meeting here, held under the chairmanship of its general secretary Chand Ji Bhat and president Haji Farooq Ahmed Bhat discussed the various issues for the welfare of the workman staff of the Bank.
The meeting said that the charter of demands was earlier submitted to Bank Management and their solution is yet awaited.
It however expressed the hope that the present chairman of the Bank has taken various measures for the welfare of the employees and recently he has issued a circular for the promotion of managers from Scale 1 to Scale five. The meeting expressed the hope that the Chairman will also give a due consideration to the charter of demands submitted by the Federation previously so that the workman staff of all cadres, don’t get demoralized.
