JAMMU, Mar 3: A deputation of All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) met Cabinet Minister, Satish Sharma and submitted him a memorandum of demands.
Minister Sharma is also a member of the Cabinet Sub Committee for rationalization of existing reservations and he patiently listened to the demands of AIBCU and assured to look into the matter.
The deputation condemned the Reservation Bill circulated on social media and demanded that the Government must take a stern action against the persons behind it.
The deputation comprised of AIBCU Chairman, Mohd Latif Qureshi, Pirpanchal Chairman, Farooq Inqlabi, chief advisor, M.R Bangotra, S.D Malhotra, state secretary, Sarfraz Mughal, Koshal Langeh, Kuldeep Verma, ex-Chairman of OBC Advisory Board and Prof Kali Dass, general secretary.
