AIBCU demands 27 pc job reservation quota for OBCs

JAMMU, Dec 5: Tehsil Bhalwal unit of All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) today reiterated its demand of 27 percent reservation in Government jobs to people belonging to OBC (OSC in J&K) category.
The demand was raised during a meeting of the Union held at Vishwakarma Temple Mishriwala under the chairmanship of state organizing secretary S D Malhotra. The programme was organized in collaboration with Ram Lal Chargotra (women president Tehsil Bhalwal), Anita Bhat and general secretary Ranu Bhala.
During the meeting, all the speakers and participants demanded 27% quota for OBCs and OBC census. They accused the political parties for looting their constitutional rights in the past under the garb of Articles 370 and 35-A which contains no clause to stop the natural flow of justice. Speakers also lambasted the Modi- BJP regime for cheating the OBCs on the name of abrogation of Article 370.
A similar programme was organized by Gool unit of AIBCU at Dak Bungalow Gool in Ramban district.
