RAMBAN, Apr 4: To combat terrorism, Police here today attached two properties in Gool involving agricultural land measuring 10.18 Kanals under Section 25 of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, 1967 (UAPA).
Sources informed that land measuring 7 Kanal 3 Marla of Mohd Sharief, son of Mohd Sultan, resident of Dalwah, Tehsil Gool, District Ramban, falling under Khasra No. 282 Min, 274 Min 664/544/361 Khewat No. 98 and 99 located at village Dalwah along with land measuring 3 Kanal 15 Marla registered in the name of Mohd Younis, son of Gullu Gujjar, resident of Hara, Tehsil Gool, District Ramban, falling under Khasra No. 129/330/193/402/363/343/214/182/124/127 Khewat No. 51, 52 and 55 located at village Kalimasta Mohra Hara were attached.
The attached properties have been duly recorded in revenue records and notices prohibiting their sale or transfer have been served under UAPA.
The attachment is linked to case of FIR No. 04/2024 U/S 120-B/121-A/IPC, 13/18/20/39 UAPA of Police Station Gool and was executed in presence of Police team and an Executive Magistrate, ensuring full compliance with legal procedures.
It is pertinent to mention here that during investigation of the above case, Police has already attached land measuring 23.13 Kanals in February 2025 and today attached land measuring 10.18 Marla.
