JAMMU, Sept 7: Administrator, Government Medical College (GMC) and Associated Hospitals Jammu (AHJ), Amit Sharma today held a comprehensive meeting through live webinar with top IT teams working at national level with a focus to implement Online Registration System for the convenience of the patients.
The meeting was organized in collusion with Principal & Dean, GMC Jammu Dr Nasib C Digra and his team including Dr Deepak Kumar, Deputy MS, Super Speciality Hospital, Dr Sandeep Dogra, Associated Professor, Department of Microbiology and Dr Vivek Mahajan, Department of Pharmacology.
The focus of the meeting was to implement Online Registration System for the convenience of last mile user especially the patients who go through a lot of struggle in seeking appointments for OPD with Specialist Doctors in Associated Hospitals including GMC, Super Speciality Hospital, SMGS Hospital, CD Hospital in Jammu.
Administrator was keen that a mobile application has to be developed in this behalf which should be simple and user-friendly to the extent that even non-tech savvy patients can also seek hassle-free hospital visit OPD appointments in Associated Hospitals of Jammu through it.
