JAMMU, May 31: The Shakti Udghosh Foundation (SUF), a growing force in women and youth empowerment, marked a significant milestone with the inauguration of its new office at Bhalla Enclave, Channi Himmat.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Jammu, Ansuya Jamwal, formally inaugurated the premises in the presence of Jaidev Singh, RSS Pracharak associated with Sewa Bharti, and Preeti Choudhary, Convenor of SUF.
Following the office inauguration, a seminar-cum-interaction programme was held, bringing together students, dignitaries, mentors, and volunteers for a day of motivation, learning, and celebration. The event was hosted by anchor Shwetima Jamwal.
A special focus of the seminar was on supporting the youth of the migrant community, with the distribution of school bags and stationery kits to students by the esteemed guests.
Mentors of SUF, who have been instrumental in guiding and training the youth under Mission Shakti, were felicitated by ADC Ansuya Jamwal.
The event witnessed the presence of several notable personalities including Anil Saumitr, Ritika Trehan, Devyani Rana, Sheetal Manhas, Raman Gupta, along with a large number of volunteers and supporters of SUF.
