KISHTWAR, Feb 9: Under the directions of Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, Pankaj Kumar Sharma, the Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD), Kishtwar, Manoj Kumar, here today conducted a surprise inspection at Blocks Drabshalla and Trigam to assess the functioning of offices and attendance of the employees.
During inspection, the ACD found 17 employees present across both blocks. He thoroughly inspected office operations and emphasized the importance of punctuality in duties.
The ACD reiterated zero tolerance for non-performing staff and stressed on updating the records on regular basis.
He also instructed the employees to ensure effective and timely redressal of public grievances.
In a firm stance against absenteeism, the ACD issued Show-Cause Notices to both blocks, underscoring the administration’s commitment to accountability and efficient services delivery.
