REASI, Nov 4: Accused driver of the bus, which met with accident on October 20 at Jyotipuram, causing death of 23 persons and injuries to 38 others, has been arrested from Himachal Pradesh.
Identified as Rashpal Singh of Salal Hemina, Tehsil Reasi, the said driver had fled away from the site immediately after occurrence of the mishap. He was evading arrest since then.
