JAMMU, Nov 4: An accident victim succumbed to his injuries at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) today evening, police source said.
The victim was identified as Yogesh Kumar, son of Kavi Ram of Chattisgarh, at present Bagga District Reasi.
He was seriously injured after hit by a van at flyover near Super Speciality Hospital on November 1 this year.
He was immediately rushed to GMCH, where he failed to respond to the treatment and succumbed to his injuries.
The body of the deceased has been shifted to mortuary of GMCH for autopsy.
A case under relevant sections stand registered at Police Station Bus Stand and investigation started.
