JAMMU, Aug 12 : A female accident victim today succumbed to her injuries here at Government Medical College and Hospital.
According to a police spokesperson, the deceased has been identified as Neena Devi (35) wife of Joginder Pal, a resident of H No 764, Digiana, Jammu. He said that the woman was injured in a road accident at Vijaypur about one month back following which he was undergoing treatment at a hospital in Vijaypur. As her condition deteriorated this morning, she was referred to GMC, where she expired after 10 minutes of reaching.
The body of the deceased was handed over to her legal heirs for last rites after conducting post mortem. The concerned police has already taken cognizance of the matter.
