JAMMU, June 19: A victim of road accident today succumbed to his injuries here at Government Medical College and Hospital.
According to a police spokesperson, a 17-year-old boy identified as Ram Lal son of Chaman Lal, a resident of Bhagu Nalla (Batote), was shifted here at GMCH on June 13 after he received serious injuries in a road mishap at Peerah area falling within the limits of police station Chanderkote.
However, the boy succumbed to his injuries today at about 6 pm. The body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary room of the hospital for post mortem.
The concerned police have taken cognizance of the matter.
