JAMMU, Sept 4: A victim of road accident succumbed to his injuries at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), here today.
According to a police official, a 55-year-old man namely Kasturi Lal son of Sai Dass, resident of Daskal (Akhnoor) was shifted at GMCH on January 26 after he was seriously injured in a road accident at Daskal (Akhnoor).
“However, the man succumbed to his injuries today at about 6:30 am during treatment,” he said, adding, the body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary room of the hospital for post mortem.
The concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
