JAMMU, July 31: Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), Jammu Kashmir has announced to launch an extensive membership drive during the months of August and September.
“Mega membership drive-2025 is scheduled from 1st August 2025 to 20 September 2025 and this campaign is significant step toward connecting students and teachers with the organization, with the broader goal of national reconstruction,” said ABVP State Secretary Sannak Shrivats, while talking to media persons at the launch of poster for membership drive.
He further informed that ABVP has set a target to induct one lakh new members from Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh this year. Students can join ABVP with a nominal fee of Rs 5, while teachers can become members by paying Rs 100, he added.
“Today, ABVP is the world’s largest student organization working across the nation with a spirit of patriotism, organizational strength and social service. This membership campaign is not merely about increasing numbers, it is an effort to unite youth who are dedicated to the nation,” he said.
Amit Sadotra (State Membership Convener) and Keertan (Mahanagar Membership Convener) were also present in the press conference.
