JAMMU, May 14: Narwal Police today arrested an absconder, who was wanted in several cases registered at different police stations.
Police spokesman said that, on inputs from the reliable source, police party from Narwal Police Post conducted raid and arrested the absconder, who has been identified as Sohail Iqbal alias Honda, son of Mohd Iqbal of Mohalla Ustad.
He said that the absconder was wanted in several cases registered at different police stations including Nowabad Police Station, Bahu Fort Police Station and Pacca Danga Police Station.
A tata sumo has also been recovered from his possession, he said, adding that a non-bailable warrant was also issued against the absconder by Court.
Further investigation is going on.
Police party led by SI Hilal Azhar made the arrest under the supervision of DySP SS Sambyal.
