REASI, Apr 23: Police arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest from the past 7 years.
As per police spokesman, a team from Police Station Reasi arrested an absconder, who was at large since 2014.
The arrested person has been identified as Khushi Mohammad, son of Karim Din, a resident of Panjgrian Nagrota District Jammu.
He was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 27/2014 under Sections 366, 376, 343, 147 and 109 RPC with Police Station Reasi. Arrest warrant under Section 512 CrPC was also issued by Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Reasi.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
It is pertinent to mention here that he was sixth absconder, who has been arrested by Reasi Police within week’s time.
