UDHAMPUR, Dec 14: Kud police arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest for the past two years, a police official said.
The arrested absconder has been identified as Abdul Gafoor, son of Hakam Din, a resident of Marallian, tehsil RS Pura.
He was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 56/15 under Sections 302, 307, 452, 147, 148, 429, 325 and 120-B RPC with Police Station Kud.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
Police team led by Inspector Rakesh Singh, SHO Kud made the arrest under the supervision of Charanjeet Singh, SDPO Chenani.
