JAMMU, Mar 19: AAP MLA from Doda Mehraj Malik today alleged that an officer of the Horticulture Department has indulged in corrupt practices and demanded action against him.

He also named the officer and charged him for being involved in Rs 2.5 crore worth corruption. Malik said the officer would retire and action should be taken against him.
