Recently, a militant was killed in an encounter with Police in Lucknow. Huge quantity of arms and ammunition has been recovered from the encounter site and a big terrorist attack has been averted. It is pertinent to mention here that the terrorist was given too much time to surrender before the police but it appears that he had made up his mind not to accept the advice of police. All credit goes to the concerned agencies of the country. However, while speaking with the media persons the father of killed terrorist refused to take the dead body of his son stating that “motherland is much bigger than a son.”Jo desh hit mein kaam, na kare usay hum apna beta bhi nahin kahenge”, these words were uttered by a patriotic father whose son became a terrorist. Such statements can be issued only when a person has great love and respect for his motherland. Perhaps this great father has slapped on all those parents who instead of discouraging their children, are supporting for their anti national activities. They should learn a lesson from the father of Saifullah. This great father has won hearts and minds of all those nationalists who immensely love their country. He deserves a national award for this act of bravery.
