Stray dogs have played havoc in the busy streets of Jammu. Day to today dog bites have increased the number of victims that are going under treatment in various hospitals of Jammu.
The common people are severely under stress and strain because of the dreadful situation they have created. We are also witnessing that their number has increased largely and there is no check in their tremendous multiplication. It has become a nuisance for the public in general and for passersby in particular.
The Municipal authorities are quite silent with regard to this grave problem that people are confronting. The menace is an urgent problem to be addressed so that people are able to move freely without any fear or foul. Municipal authorities should take proper action in the matter as early as possible for the general welfare of the people.
The people are also responsible for that matter as far as upbringing of these stray dogs are concerned. They should cooperate with municipal authorities for humantarian view.
