JAMMU, Apr 21: Amar Nath Thakur, Chairman JKSEECC/JKGTF has requested Principal Secretary School Education, Dr Asgar Samoon for filling the vacant posts of all cadres like Principals, ZEOs, Headmasters and Lecturers in Jammu division.
“Steps may please be taken to convene regularization committee meeting for regularizing 8000 incharge gazetted cadres at the earliest, which was postponed on 17/2/2020 due to some unavoidable reasons. Also please fill about 60 vacant posts of ZEOs of Jammu division as per seniority , non vacational status for Headmasters as is being considered for Principals , promotion of Masters to Headmasters, adjustments of remaining promote incharge lecturers,” he said in an appeal to the Government after a telephonic meeting with members of JKSEECC.
Thakur said that these issues were also telephonically discussed with Director School Education Jammu , who has been appealed to issues necessary orders immediately as was done by the Director School Education Kashmir.
Hailing the Principal secretary Education for series of initiatives like curbing corruption in all offices, rationalizing of transfer policy as per teacher pupil ratio , releasing pending salary of teachers ,ReT teachers, adjustment of 421 incharge lecturers of Kashmir division , releasing list of promotion of Masters as Headmasters of Kashmir division etc, Thakur urged for immediate issuance of promotion and regulation orders for Jammu division also.
