JAMMU, Apr 2: The Legislative Council today passed two Bills unanimously in the House.
The L. A. Bill No. 4 of 2013 to amend the Salaries and Allowances of Members of the Jammu and Kashmir State Legislature Act, 1960 ( L. A. Bill No. 4 of 2013) was moved by the Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Mir Saifullah and the House passed it unanimously. The Bill stands already passed by the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly.
The L. A. Bill No. 3 of 2013 to provide for better management, administration and governance of Shri Mata Sukrala Devi Ji Shrine and Shri Mata Bala Sundari Shrine and its endowments including the lands and buildings attached, or appurtenant, to the Shrines and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto was moved by Minister of State for Tourism and Culture Sajjad Ahmad Kitchloo. The House also passed the Bill unanimously.
