RAJOURI, June 19: One person died under mysterious circumstances at his residence in Ward No. 6 of Sunderbani town this morning.
A police spokesman said that one Kuldeep Raj, son of Mulakh Raj, was found under mysterious circumstances at his residence this morning. There was a lady `Dupatta’ around his neck and was lying unconscious on the bed.
The police shifted him to local hospital where he was declared as dead. The police registered a case under section 174 CrPC and started investigation.
