JAMMU, May 15: Care Nature and Environment organized Ayushman Bharat Abhiyan camp for the public here today.
Former Deputy Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta inaugurated the camp in presence of Sohail Kazmi, Karunesh Gupta Vice President BJP Co-Operative Cell, Baldev Singh Baloria, President District Jammu BJP and newly elected corporators.
The camp was organized to aware the people about the benefits of Ayushman Bharat Scheme launched by Government of India. More than 2000 people visited this camp.
In his speech, Kavinder Gupta briefed the media about the scheme and its benefits for the masses and how more and more people can be covered under this scheme. “Government is trying to provide all possible health care as this is right of every citizen”, he added.
Ruchi Chouhan Khan General Secretary of Care Nature and Environment also spoke on the occasion and informed the public about the medical cover to be provided by the Government under this scheme.
She informed that 10 crore people have been benefited from this scheme, adding that Ayushman Bharat scheme is a gift to the people by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
