Discrimination with Jammu

Sir,
It is astonishing but fact that one more discrimination has been meted out to the aspirants of Jammu division who appeared for preliminary exams for the posts of Probationary Officers exam in J&K Bank. The cut off percentage for Jammu Distt is 63 percent followed by three to four points less for other distts of Jammu Division. Whereas in the Kashmir Valley the cut off percentage is 42 percent. This is great injustice and discrimination for the Jammu Division candidates. The exams were conducted by IBPS but the results have been manipulated by the J&K Bank HR administration. At the time of filling of forms there was no mention of the district wise cut off percentage.
Moreover, the selected candidates are posted all over the branches of J&K Bank in India, then the selection on the basis of District wise have no locus standi in the eyes of law. The selection criteria should be same for whole of the state so that the deserving candidates are selected on the basis of one merit. I request the Governor administration as well as J&K Bank authorities responsible for selection of candidates to revoke the result and prepare fresh selection list for recruitment of POs in the J&K Bank in the interest of justice.
