UDHAMPUR, Feb 12: Driver of a Tata Mobile died when the vehicle rolled down into deep gorge near Roun Domail, here last night.
The deceased was identified as Rakesh Kumar (26), son of Birwal, resident of Thill Dhar Road Udhampur. He succumbed to his injuries at GMC Hospital Jammu this morning.
According to the reports, the Tata Mobile was on its way from Udhampur to Roun Domail when driver lost control over the vehicle resulting into the mishap. Locals rushed to the spot and shifted the injured driver to District Hospital Udhampur where doctors referred him to GMC Hospital Jammu in view of his serious condition. During treatment at GMC Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries this morning.
