SRINAGAR, Feb 12: Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice Gita Mittal and Justice Sanjeev Kumar has directed the State to file latest status report regarding welfare and well-being of the infant, who was abandoned in a hospital.
The infant was abandoned after being given birth by an alleged victim of rape in a hospital in Hyderpora area of Srinagar. The direction was passed in a petition filed by Child Welfare Committee Budgam.
