JAMMU, Feb 12: The Erstwhile Doda Migrant Committee here today staged a protest demonstration at the office of Relief Commissioner.
The protest was led by Rajesh Sharma, president of the Committee.
Protesters were demanding relief and ration at par with that being given to Kashmiri Pandit migrants as the Apex Court and the High Court both have directed the Government for that.
The protesters alleged that earlier a three months relief and ration was given to them but that too has now been stopped.
They threatened massive protests in coming days if the authorities concerned fail to give them relief.
Punjab Singh, Kanshi Ram, Ram Nath and others were also present in the protest.
