KATHUA, Nov 28: The management of Shree Mata Vaishno Devi Mandir, Barnoti near here today organized a Vishal Bhandara followed by Mata Ka Jagran.
Harbans Lal Sharma, the sole trustee of the temple said that management has been organizing the Bhandara and Jagran since last nine years in the month of November and this year’s event is ninth in the series.
Dr. Bharat Bhushan, Director Social Welfare Jammu, former Sarpanch, Shiv Ram Sharma and Sham Narayan Mehta of Brick Kiln Association Kathua participated in the celebrations as distinguished guests.
A large number of devotees from Barnoti, Trehara, Palli, Flote, Sumwan, Nihalpur, Budhi, Sounthal, Nanan, Mearth, Takht Pandrar, Dabwal, Forelain East (Ghatti) and Kathua participated in the Jagran and paid obeisance.
