JAMMU, Nov 3: Crime Branch Jammu arrested a fraudster, who was evading his arrest since long. As per official spokesman, Crime Branch Jammu arrested a fraudster identified as Ghulam Qadir, son of Abdul Sattar of Diwar Tehsil Tral, District Pulwama, presently putting up at Nikki Mohalla, Doctor Lane, Eidgah Road Sidhra, Jammu.
The accused has been arrested in a case registered under FIR Number 22/14 under Section 420, 467, 468 and 471 RPC with Police Station Crime Branch Jammu. The accused was involved in issuing fake NoC relating to JDA land located at Sidhra Majeen.
The arrest was made by a team of Crime Branch Jammu led by Inspector Jalil Ahmed Kitchloo under the supervision of SSP Crime Branch Jammu.
