RAJOURI, Oct 20: The students of Jawahar Navodya Vidayala (JNV), Kandi (Kotranka) today held protest against the School administration.
Around 200 students of the JNV boarding school at Kandi boycotted their classes at around 9.30 am today and came out on the road. They disrupted the movement of vehicular traffic on Rajouri-Budhal Road and started shouting slogans against the Principal, R K Meena and other staff. They alleged that school administration was providing very poor/ substandard quality of food to them and moreover, the condition of mess was also shabby. They demanded transfer of the Principal and some staff members from there. Later, with the intervention of local Civil Administration, the protest was called off.
