RAJOURI, Aug 17: At least six persons were injured when a Ford Figo car collided with a Tempo Traveler near Sunderbani today.
A police spokesman said that both vehicles Figo JK02J/9792 and Tempo Traveler, JK02BV/3884 met head on collision at Kathanu village, on Jammu-Rajouri highway near Sunderbani.
The injured persons were rushed to Sunderbani hospital for treatment. They were identified as Sudesh Kumari, wife of Suresh Sharma, resident of Ploura; Begum Akhtar, wife of Wali Mohd from Rehan; Ghulam Begum, wife of Mohd Shafi, resident of Rehan; Parshotam Lal, his wife Neelam, residents of Ploura and Ghani Sham, resident of Ploura, Jammu. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
