JAMMU, Aug 16: A deputation of Durga Nagar Welfare Committee under the chairmanship of its president, Roshan Lal Raina called on Regional Transport Officer (RTO) Jammu and discussed the non-availability of Matador facilities in Durga Nagar from last one year.
The deputation said despite the directions from Governor and Divisional Commissioner Jammu to ensure Matador facilities from KC to Durga Nagar via Bantalab, the facilities are yet to be ensured, leaving the residents in the lurch, especially in hot and humid summers.
Mr Raina said that RTO has assured the deputation that the issue will be solved at an earliest.
