JAMMU, July 14: Sub-Judge Jammu Kusum Pandita has rejected the bail applications of Sunil Kumar and Gullu, who were booked for committing unnatural offence with a boy.
After hearing Senior PO Puja Nijhon appearing for the State, court observed, “accused have allegedly committed the offence which is very serious in nature and the victim of the offence is a boy of tender age who has suffered mental as well as physical pain at the hands of the accused”.
With these observations, court rejected the bail application.
