JIAR organizes free Medical Camp

JAMMU, May 29: Two days free Medical Camp was organized by Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research (JIAR) at Aap Shambu, Roop Nagar, here.
The Camp was attended by Dr. Twinkle Gupta, Associate Prof, Dr Ujjal Kant Yadav, Assistant Professor, PG Scholars and Internees, who attended 205 patients during two days.
Patients of various diseases related OA, general debility, hypertension, skin diseases, acne, hyperacidity, UTI, anaemia, exzema, worm infestations, hypothyroidises, jaundice and diabetes were examined and free medicines were distributed among the patients.
It is pertinent to mention here that the Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research organizes free medical camps frequently in Urban and Rural areas of the State to create awareness among the public regarding benefits of Ayurvedic medicines and Panchkarma procedures because of its no side effects.
On the concluding ceremony, Chairperson Suman Sharma assured to organize such camps in future also to benefit the poor and needy people.
Mandir Committee also thanked to Principal Dr Raghvir Singh, Er Ravish Sharma, Ritesh Sharma and Dr Nitin Mahajan, Vice Principal.
Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research is already running a free OPD and IPD for the patients of acute and chronic diseases viz piles, skin disorders at Janipur and Nardni Raipur in Jammu.
