JAMMU, Apr 24: Under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan the foundation stone of Sulabh Toilet Complex at Satwari Chowk on Airport Road & Narwal Chowk near PHE office, Jammu was laid by Kavinder Gupta, Speaker Legislative Assembly in presence of Ch. Vikram Randhawa MLC Jammu today.
The Sulabh Toilet Complex having four W.Cs for ladies and gents, one W.C for Divyang, two baths for ladies & gents, three urinals & one caretaker room amounting to Rs 10.50 lakh (each toilet). This toilet complex will be constructed and maintained by Sulabh International Social Service Organisation on pay & use basis for 30 years.
On this occasion, Kushal Chand Jt. Commissioner (W) JMC, JEE JMC, AEE JMC, Anil Kumar Singh Honorary Controller, Sulabh International Social Service Organisation Jammu & Kashmir, senior BJP leaders, shopkeepers, media persons, police administration & Sulabh volunteers were also present there.
