JAMMU, Jan 23: Suspended Judicial Officer Rajesh Kumar Abrol, who is allegedly involved in a rape case, today surrendered before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu.
Accordingly, Judicial Officer was handed over to SHO Janipur with the direction to take into the consideration the guidelines given in judgement passed by the Supreme Court in DK Basu’s case.
