As per the specifications of roads, making of speed breakers are necessary to avoid accidents and to keep the drivers alert all along the road. Further speed breakers are necessary for avoiding the traffic pollution/noise pollution that causes disturbances to the institutions like schools and hospitals. Normally the Government agencies make these speed breakers departmentally or through contractors. However, it is noticed that there are multiple speed breakers on the roads whose height and width and style is not suitable for the vehicles. The public makes these speed breakers without taking any consent. Shopkeepers, domestic householders and schools managers make these speed breakers themselves. Thus plying of vehicles becomes risky. They are adding misery to the common people. And ironically no one notices this and no one takes action.
