4 DCs among 46 officers transferred

JAMMU, Sept 6: Government today ordered transfers and postings of 46 officers including 4 Deputy Commissioners with immediate effect.
According to the orders, Prasanna Ramaswamy G, Deputy Commissioner, Leh has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Reasi, while Ravinder Kumar, Deputy Commissioner, Reasi has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur and
Avny Lavasa, Additional Deputy Commissioner Udhampur was transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner Leh.
Bhupinder Kumar, Deputy Commissioner, Doda has been transferred and his services placed at the disposal of Shri Amarnath Ji Shrine Board, while Bhawani Rakwal, Director, Horticulture, Jammu was transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Doda.
Pankaj Kumar Sharma, Additional Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat has been transferred and posted as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) with the Minister for PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control. Susheel Kumar, awaiting orders of posting in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat.
Arvind Kotwal, Additional Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Department has been transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Surinsar-Mansar, Pritam Lal Atri, Additional Secretary Government, Social Welfare Department has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, ICDS, Social Welfare Department, Purnima Mittal, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar was transferred and posted as Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (S&M), Srinagar, Rakesh Kumar, Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Udhampur has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj and Rishpal Singh, Director, Land Management, Jammu Development Authority has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kathua.
Mohammad Ashraf Hakak, Additional Secretary, Higher Education Department has been transferred and posted as Executive Director, J&K Rehabilitation Council, Social Welfare Department, Ashiq Hussain Lily, Joint Director, ICDS, Social Welfare Department has been transferred and posted as Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Baramulla, Naseer Ahmad Wani, Additional Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, Asma Hamid, Deputy Secretary, Ladakh Affairs Department has been transferred and posted as Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Budgam and Rifat Aftab Qureshi, Development Officer, Handicrafts (Textiles), Srinagar, under orders of transfer as Chief Executive Officer, Urban Development Agency, Kashmir has been posted as Joint Director, Hospitality and Protocol, Kashmir.
