JAMMU, Oct 20: Registrar General of High Court, Suresh Kumar Sharma has placed under suspension Bashir Ahmed Mir, Section Officer (Adm) High Court, Srinagar Wing with immediate effect.
According to Order No 611, consequent of initiation of a regular enquiry for not listing the PIL (OWP) NO 345/2006, IA NO 952/2007 and OWP NO 60/2006 C/W OWP 397/3005 for almost two years and five years respectively despite directions of the Division Bench of the High Court, Section Officer (Adm) Bashir Ahmed is placed under suspension with immediate effect.
He will remain attached with the Registrar Judicial, High Court, Srinagar Wing and Registrar Vigilance will conduct a regular enquiry, the order said.
