KHC asks Govt to start recruitment process under PM’s package

JAMMU, Oct 17: Kashmiri Hindu Conference (KHC) today urged the Government to start the process of filling up of forms for the recruitment of displaced Pandit youth in various Government departments in the State under PM’s employment package for migrants after all the hitches have been cleared in its way.
In a statement issued here today the president KHC, M L Thusoo also demanded one -time financial assistance for over aged displaced Pandit youth so that they can also start their livelihood.
Mr Thusoo while addressing the meeting of the organization appealed the State and Central Governments to expedite the process for enhancement of relief which is over due so that the relief holders can make their both ends meet.
The meeting appealed the Kashmiri youth to cooperate with the Government so that the industrialization as promised by AICC general secretary Rahul Gandhi during his recent visit to Valley could be given a practical shape by the Government for providing jobs to unemployed youth in the State.
