JAMMU, Apr 8: Sangram Singh Jamwal was today appointed as office secretary of the PHE Clerical Employees’ Association (PHECEA) with immediate effect.
The decision to appoint Sangram as office secretary was taken unanimously by all the members of the association during a meeting held here today under the chairmanship of Munish Sharma, president of the association.
