MENDHAR, Dec 25: Senior National Conference (NC) leader and Member Legislative Assembly, Mendhar, Javed Ahmed Rana today said that holistic development of Mendhar is his highest priority.
He was addressing the party workers while welcoming 60 new entrants in the party fold, during an impressive function held here at party office.
Rana asked the workers to spread the policies and programmes of the party at grass root level. “Holistic development of Mendhar should be accorded highest priority”, he said, while reminding them that NC doesn’t believe in partisan and casteist politics.
He further urged them to work relentlessly at the Panchayat level to reform obsolete primordial attitudes of people so that inclusive developmental process in Mendhar is expedited.
Highlighting the problems being faced by people in various pockets of Mendhar, the senior NC leader hoped that besides strengthening the party further, they will maintain close rapport with people at the grass root level and articulate issues of importance at local level.
